NOTE:  All email scripts are written with the assumption that you will create some sort of landing page or registration page on your existing website with a capture form.  At the end of each email, the reader is encouraged to click on the link to register.  That link should be the url of your landing or registration page.

ADDING A P.S.  — If you plan to offer a complimentary fitness assessment and/or body-fat evaluation, you should add a P.S. at the end of each email.

WHAT TIME TO SEND IT:  Some research suggests emails sent in the middle of the day — around lunch time — have the highest open rate.

The logic is that at the beginning of the day users are clearing out their inbox and more likely to delete mass mails. At the end of the day and email is more likely to be saved for the next morning, at which point it’s subjected to the early day purging.
